The Kristal Carpets Sisal Collection is a range of modern, machine-made area rugs sold in South Africa that mimic the look of natural sisal but are woven from soft synthetic fibers. 

Unlike traditional sisal rugs (which are made from coarse agave cactus fibers and can feel scratchy), this collection is specifically designed to be soft and comfortable underfoot.
