  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Exclusions from Returns

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Mattresses and bedding items (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Assembled furniture (unless there was a defect in the product or assembly)

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Affix the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
