  • Standard Shipping: Our most economical option, typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within South Africa. Costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery address.
  • In-Store Pickup: Available for customers in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. Choose this option at checkout and collect your order from our store during opening hours.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Order Processing Time

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. During peak periods or for custom orders, processing time may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that they are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are exploring options to expand our delivery areas in the future.
